Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery to the United States typically takes 8-12 business days after processing, for a total of approximately 10-15 business days from order placement. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $49 USD. For orders under $49, a flat shipping fee of $5.00 USD applies. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order was placed. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us at hello@midfox.com to initiate a return.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package on the carrier's website. You can also log into your Midfox account to view your order status.
