Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, promotions), processing may take up to 4-5 business days. Delivery to the United States typically takes 8-12 business days after processing, for a total of approximately 9-15 business days from order placement. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 USD. For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $5.00 USD applies. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order was placed. Items must be sent back within 5 days of receiving return approval. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us at hello@midfox.com to initiate a return.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package on the carrier's website. You can also log into your Midfox account to view your order status.
